There were a lot of people that were dead set against women's suffrage. Lots of those people believed if women were allowed to vote and hold office the United States would fall apart/be destroyed/fall into an ocean of fire/etc. I just thought it was appropriate given the same hysteria exists about some issues today.
The frist one makes no sense date wise. Are they saying that in 2050 Roe v Wade is finally overturned? If so, what does that have to do with McCain? It's just more fear-mongering by the anti-life crowd.
