
Just because Delay thinks he might loose doesn't mean he can just carpet bag out of the district to allow a better candidate to run.
It's against the Constitution to have a defacto residency clause. All that matters is where the candidate is on election day.
And Nick Lampson is doing great fundraising wise and has a positive message. He could beat anyone on the ballot.
