I mean, compared to Europe, especially the UK -- the US has *still* got dirt cheap fuel.

What the fuck do you guys use it for apart from driving - do you bathe in it, use it for watering the garden or something?

actually i kind of do bathe in it since i use oil to heat my home and my water. :) (unfortunately oil where i live is still the cheapest energy source, electricity is super duper expensive).

me as well I pay over 500 a month for my bill a month but its Guam and things cost alot more here.

wow? is U.S $? thats crazy the power here is made with desil thats why it cost so much I cant beleive anyone else ahs to pay that much.. although mine is soo high because of cooling cost. Air con is aways on here. Tropical Island that is always hot and humid.

Considering that the average commute to work is over 40 miles, and the idea of public transportation in the US is by and large individual commuters...yeah, we might as well have to swim in the stuff to maintain the suburban crawl lifestyle.

Not saying it's right, just how it is.
