I prefer to just call him "Stan". "Tookie" only gives him credit. Murderers shouldn't get such fanfare. Of course I'm sure he doesn't really care what we refer to him as now :)

Tookie was actually just his middle name, so it really isn't giving him credit for anything.

You got me there. I thought it was some cool nickname, since you tend to see him in the news as Stanley "Tookie" Williams. Why the quotes then?

Oh, the quotations were part of his nickname. He was trying to be different, you see? People started calling him Tookie, and he was all, "No, no, it's "Tookie." With quotes, dog!"
