What you don't seem to get is that the images don't "illustrate" anything if it turns out that the images are taken out of context and really just express your own ideological commitments. It's like blowing your nose onto a canvas and saying that it "illustrates" your views on Jewish involvement in the 66 million who died under Stalinist Russia.
