lol so red state folk now think owning a gun makes you a threat/criminal that deserves to be murdered by the police
(i know they only think that when the gun owner is a black guy)

and considering the clock actually was a clock........ i'm guessing the book wasn't actually a gun.....

That's one of the most glaring double-standards, I agree: If the cops see a white guy with a gun, it's time for a conversation, but if it's a black guy, it's immediately a criminal situation, with police ready to fire if the guy twitches.
