At least they have those choises now. Thanks for democracy, they don`t have to live under Assads iron heel in Aleppo, as it was five years ago. Look at these horrible pictures:

I guess you and I don't agree on much, but we agree on this; the situation now is so much worse than it would have been if "the democracies" hadn't gotten involved. The Allies have fucked up. For good and noble reasons, true; but we have still fucked up. The blowback from Gulf War II continues to grow.

In the final analysis, I feel sorriest for the Kurds. When the whole thing unravels in some whimper, bang, or even anything short of Gotterdamerung, they will still be screwed and the victims of all sides.

It is crap. Please can Uncle Vlad talk to Obama and Hillary about fixing it? There are too many lives involved for a chess game; and it is no longer the Middle Ages. Make it stop and garner some respect.

Please, don`t rely upon Vlad too much. Read articles one or two years old. "Putin has no significance at all. Nobody wants to talk to him, but outright outcasts"... Has a lot changed since then? Not much I guess.
Russian economy is in shreds, Putin is insugnificant. It`s all American problem. The whole world is American problem. Deal with it alone.
