it totally looks like somebody did a voice over for this video to change what they're saying.... and i was absolutely convinced that somebody had done so to spoof them when they started talking about how they're competing with union groceries stores... but then the graphics came in....

It's dubbed all right. Horribly dubbed. I was so distracted by the total lack of correspondence between their mouth movements and the words they were purportedly saying that I had a hard time paying attention to the audio at all.
