He then reported to the net that she was sleeping with a journalist, (debunked) as a way to get revenge. From there, it went to RARHRAGEHATE!!! and personal threats because she dared to have an affair. It was never about the writer cheating for her, it was about her daring to have sex, and be a game writer.

Its unclear to me as well. But from what I have gleaned, a woman complains on interwebs about snuff porn in video games, and complains about it in a video series, and then is constantly doxxed, raped threated, and death threated all to prove there is no sexism problem.
