#1 is another reason to hate rape culture. I don't like being "Schrodinger's Rapist" in the eyes of women. But I know enough not to blame women for acting in the only sensible way this society has allowed for them. It's the damn patriarchy that insists that I'm some kind of penis monster that can't control myself among women. It's dehumanizing, and it's damn insulting. It's why every single man who's sick of being looked at by society like he's a predator ought to be a feminist, and an open and outspoken one at that. Smash patriarchy, until everyone is equal.
The TED talk the first meme is quoting is amazing. It totally impacted me on a personal level, and I evolved (for the better) as a feminist because of it.
I couldn't care less about men's fee-fees and tbh the patriarchy benefits men more than it harms them but if stuff like this makes them wake up amd actually fight the damn thing, great.
