The message is that the government is not fostering a system in which actual dissent can occur. When you march against an organization such as the WTO, you get gassed and clubed.

Can you redress those grievances through court? Good luck with man it is impossible to identify.

Such, when this occurs, ordinarily peacefull people wishing to state their view in a manner persuant to the constitution, will end up using other means to affect their goals.

I'm sorry. I'm still not following you. Are you implicating that because of my avatar shown I am a Buddhist and all Buddhists are going to Hell®? If you are, then you really should specify which version.

I believe that heaven and hell are merely states of mind, and you can be in such a place while others around you are in different places (e.g. at the office I am usually very happy, while many people around me are quite miserable. There are no external forces affecting our states of mind; I just am happier than many people there).
