theres a difference between hating america and hating its policies.
being unable to seperate the two is a form of political philosophy known as "nationalism". previous practitioners have been fascist germany and italy, as well as communist china.
Actualy, nationalism is the underlying belief that a nations power is derived directly from the people as opposed to royalty, ideology, or god.
Nazi germany was based on nationalist ideas, as was fascist italy, and communist Russia and China. But then again, The new Parlementary Republic of the U.K. (or Constitutional Monarchy) is also based on that value. As is almost all iterations of the many French Constitution. (France describes as frenchman as all people who live in France and define themselves as French). This was also the basis of the formation of the United States and the abolition movement.
Most nations formed today are based on nationalist principals. The distinction comes in how the nation is defined by the people. In Nazi Germany, the "people" that the power was derived from was not the entirety of the population, but the master race. In the U.S. now, we define it as all peoples born within our borders and naturalized as citizens.
So we can disband FEMA, every state government entity and the Red Cross now that you've reassigned the National Guard as a disaster relief agency right?
