Also, as I pointed out upthread, there are numerous (non-contagious) health conditions that require increased trips to the bathroom (at least some of the time)--overactive bladder and Crohn's disease are just two that come readily to mind.

This is definitely a hot mess. Not to mention a pile of lawsuits waiting to happen!
