Don't they know they are taking chances? Look, the point is people can do whatever they want. But, they should know the consequences and should not count on other to take care of their business. That's all.

You said the broken leg thing was different earlier. Don't people know that by being active they take the chance of breaking their leg? They should know the consequences and not count on others to take care of their broken leg.
