It was probably between the post office and the department of motor vehicles, and I guess the first was easier and is more clearly federal.

Who isn't worried, though? Even if the Republicans fail to roll it back, there is probably going to be a lot of heartache in making this thing fly and keeping it aloft. Sure, it doesn't help when you have Republicans sabotaging our efforts, but you know that is exactly what they are going to do - probably deny a lot of needed funding.

The Medicare Plan D launch under W was also disastrous, with confusion from providers and web site problems. Everyone bitches about any kind of change, especially conservatives who, true to form, resist all such things.
