I mainly use Facebook to keep up with friends and to repost Doge, teaching tips, and The Onion articles.

It's amazing how many elderly relatives rely on Facebook for baby pictures.

Probably one reason why so many youngsters are moving on to other social networking sites. Me being an old fuddy-duddy, I started using Facebook back in 2005, dealt with the numerous changes in the site, and I don't plan to stop using it at this point.

Its easy to use and free. I guess LJ was pennywise to charge for image storage.
