“More whites believe in ghosts than believe in racism,” Abdul-Jabbar, a former center for the Los Angeles Lakers, told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Sunday.
Reminds me of a video clip I saw once, about a guy in South America who didn't believe in electricity. He climbed a power pole and touched a transformer- and was lucky to have survived.
I looked. Couldn't find it. It was pretty bad though.
My point, of course, was since white people don't experience racism they tend not to believe it is still a thing, especially since not all of it is as overt as dudes in white hoods burning crosses

in ghosts, and to my mind, Kareem
Abdul-Jabbar sells it.
