All I see is his face and the Nativity mixed together in an optical illusion, and some of the words mingled into the artwork Hirschfeld style, not a lot of different little things. It's pretty nice though; that melancholy seems like the right note for a painting simultaneously showing a man's birth and death.
LOL, I can't tell if I'm missing some hugely polarizing political message in there (beside it being religious to start with of course) and that was sarcasm. Am I? Was it?
