Republican politics certainly does not bid it,
I'm afraid.

In all fairness, the cartoon doesn't say that the Dems don't
fill the corporate troughs. It just points out that the Dems
would at least include the poor in the partying, and you
cannot say that the Dems would not love to raise taxes
to help pay for it.
