I mean, I was given vaccines for things at an age where I am pretty sure I wasn't paying for anything.

So even just at the level of inoculations for babies, it comes in handy.

You ever worry about Polio? Didn't think so.

I never worried about polio, the flu or even chicken pox. But now, as a pseudo-adult, I can't afford birth control, check ups, or anything else essential to staying healthy. And with my parents being well into their later years, I have to worry about them as well. I just hope they survive until I turn at least 22.
