Which is why the new outrage amuses me. Who in their right mind thinks Obama was the -first- to do this? The laws allowing it passed during Bush's watch. Some of us said then that this was an issue, and was wrong, but got told Don't like it? Leave!

Is it authorized by law and considered constitutional by the Court? Don't have a problem with it. If I do, then it's up to me to get the law changed.
