I was just watching the Rachel Maddow show, and I gather that they are just going to try to repeat what they accomplished. I don't think there is any way they can get lightning to strike twice. They will find a way to cut off any filibuster, and they will be sure to do it earlier.
If there is, I'm not expecting to hear about it for another day. I imagine everyone who was at the filibuster is crashing hard today and it probably won't register until tomorrow.
That was the first time I voted in State & Federal elections - helping Ann get elected made me feel very good, especially when she was running against some chucklehead who tried to make a rape joke during the campaign.
