In Oregon, all you need is a piece of mail with your name and current address on it. Doesn't really matter what. I think all they need is something with a postmark to prove it's been through the postal system.
In Oregon, you could use a bank statement too, if it has your name, current address, and postmark on it. But there's no legitimate reason for them to be looking at the statement itself, the activity and so on. The envelope should be enough.
