Edited for context: The man with the Defib is Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron who has been trying to push through support for healthcare reform, however these reforms are steered towards the private sector being the main beneficiary which has been condemned by Doctors, medical experts and even in the report commissioned by the government.

The NHS stands for National Health Service. It isn't the most perfect system but is the closest thing this country has to a national religion in how important it is to people.
