To hell with that.... let's just focus on Iran and North Korea.

The scope of human-rights violations in North Korea is comparable to Saddam Hussein's regime or the early days of the Holocaust. Just because he's laying low doesn't mean he's benign.

I agree. Except we're treating our soldiers like slaves as it is.

No, we're treating them like soldiers.

We're giving up this invasion idea and are just going to nuke everyone who looks at us funny.

It's cheaper and less painful for all involved.

Didn't you learn how effective that was in the 90s?

Token airstrikes do nothing but encourage the enemy.

Doesn't matter. The UN has proven useless at providing global defense in the 21st century.

Another supranational organization will supercede it in the coming years, possibly the G-20.

What happened in Russia to make it a dictatorship...has Putin done something I haven't read?

You'd have one hell of a time convincing anyone that Russia has a totalitarian government.

Authoritarian, maybe...

Glad to see that you have no problem displaying your ignorance to the community.

Sure they are. Egypt has an authoritarian regime. The government doesn't much care what you do, as long as you don't do or say anything to cross them.

North Korea is a totalitarian regime. They actively seek to control their population's thoughts.

There is one hell of a differenct between the two.

America would love to be able to do this via lies, shifting blame, and fear.

Too bad reality is far more terrifying than what is conveyed by the US government.

But go ahead and blame the messenger...before you blame it for not protecting you after the next attack.

not blaming the messenger, I kknow that they know what hey are saying is not 100% correct or involves semantics.

i won't blame them for any attacks either, and despite the good that america does, does not cancel out their wrongs (like in curious george)
