It costs more to manage our food and transportation supply to make sure we're obese and in chronic care, and to allow millions to only see a doctor by wiating in an emergency room, than it would to actually manage care and costs.

Republicans don't care, because they're the party of personal responsibility. If you go ot the emergency room, costing taxpayers thousands for something that could've cost an insuranc ecompany hundreds, thats your responsibility.

We'll still pay of course. Fox news needs the rhetorical ammo, after all.
