I missed that. I turned it off without watching all of it because I thought it was serious and didn't wish to see more.

I guess I'll have to go back and watch it all the way through.

That's too bad. Steven Colbert is the only guy (beside John Stewart) who can make me laugh at what would normally piss me off.

The Daily Show and The Colbert Report make me wish I still watched live TV.

well either way I do sort of have mixed reaction to it, because they are still mocking the "feminine" reactions of the kids, in a way.
but it is still the Onion...

They're mocking people's stereotypical ideas of how a stereotypically effeminate boy would react.

I kind of agree with the comment that the adults were the ones being mocked, but it was a subtle (for The Onion) differentiation.
