Lets remember that although Obama has been blamed for things that happened even before he was elected, much less sworn into office that Bush held no responsibility for 9/11 or even the recession of 2001 and the largely jobless recovery afterwards. That is completely fair, right?

it's possible that 9-11 could have been stopped had the Bush administration not ignored specific warnings about Bin Laden from the Clinton White House.
