I don't see how he made Sean Hannity looked dumb here. His reference to the water act was way to simplified. He was too over the top in his mockery. it was almost like he was mocking himself instead of Sean Hannity.

It's easy to see why he is so popular with the 18-25 crowd. He's kind of like grown up Sesame Street.
