The problem with the sex offender registry is that it doesn't differentiate between men who rape little girls and bums who got caught pissing in a park. (Or infamously, of late, teenagers who send each other n00ds of themselves on their mobiles.)

Oh, the cross post to your journal? I was actually curious if you would defend your own position. Not only didn't you defend your own words, you decided to let someone else try to do so. All you've proven is that you bullshit until someone calls you on it then run for the hills and change the subject screaming "Beware Socialists!" the whole way. The fact that you banned me after proving the opinion I, and everyone else, has of you, bothers me about as much as the fact you misread what others write:
