Your icon is quite hilarious! As for the cartoon, it would have been much funnier if it was an average person and big government.

I'd write again about how I wish conservatives were even a tenth as worked up over the $700,000 billion free-cash giveaway-- which we now know was wasted, and a huge scam-- to the same bankers and CEOs (etc) who caused this economic crisis as they are over a bill of a similar amount that is designed to actually do something productive (create jobs, stimulate economic recovery, help local governments).... but I'd be wasting my time as usual.

[PS- I'm glad the House GOP was unanimously opposed to that. If it succeeds, they can't pretend to claim any ownership of that success. If it fails, well then we all lose.]

Now that's not true. If it succeeds, they'll claim it was all because of Reagan's tax cuts.

You misspelled "capital gains tax cuts".

We can only hope Obama pulls a Clinton.

I had written...

...And linked (http://politics4geekz.blogspot.com/2009/01/how-do-you-render-conservative.html) you to a compilation of proof of how conservatives here disappeared/changed the subject when pressed on that subject numerous times, and you link me to a bunch of rants about Democrats. Which kind of proves my point.

Okay then.

illegal wars?

I'm pretty sure the Constitution comes down on the other side of that particular BushCo pickle.

Not that you ever cared about the Constitution.

All wars that liberate tens of millions of people should be illegal!

Unless those people can vote for or fund the election of Democrats.

And the thousands more who lost organs and again orders of magnitude more who are scrambled up on the inside and their families who are ruined in the wake.

Yea. All that.

Apparently, you are unaware that billions of dollars did legitimately go "missing" in Iraq.

Fact check (http://edition.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/01/30/iraq.audit/).

"Severe inefficiencies and poor management" by the Coalition Provisional Authority has left auditors with no guarantee the money was properly used," the report said.

LOL. Sounds like the recent bailouts. `Cept that money didn't go to buy RPG's and Kalashnikovs.

you mean the money spent on one of the ONLY things the federal government is supposed to spend money on? you mean that?

There's a difference between spending money and funding both sides of a hot occupation.

Yeah, they spent it on "infrastructure".
