This is actually a Philippine advertisement for Motilium, a local drug for dyspepsia. Not at all an Indonesian commercial, but the Obama lookalike is Indonesian actor. The actress who plays President Macapagal-Arroyo is Ate Glow, a local comedian known for her parodies of the president.

The meat dish is kare-kare, an ox dish with peanut sauce. It's kind of like curry, except not spicy.

The dessert is guinataang mais (literally milked corn) and it's a like tapioca pudding with a corn-y flavor to it.
