Worst part is the "bankrupt." Yeah, they go bankrupt one way or the other, but upper-management still gets paid while the factory worker gets laid-off.
Ha! I think it's a great idea. Especially for someone who has their own delivery/ vehicular based business. That way I'd have a new vehicle and lock in gas prices at $2.99 OR less (if it goes down) for the next 3 years.
The only reason they can give you that price is because they're making you finance it through the car loan. Great job, sucker! Now they get to extort even more money out of you to pay for their friendly gas plan, calling it a great deal, while also charging you interest on the difference!
Fool... I would be paying interest on anything that I buy, but this time, depending on how much I drive, THEY are the ones paying ME the adjustible rate.
You think they didn't think of that? You're only allotted a certain amount of price-fixed gallons per year depending on the model (http://www.chryslerllc.com/en/refuel/).
Looking over the FAQs, it also says it's only valid up to 87 octane unleaded fuel, which I can't even find most places around here. Most of the time, regular is 89 octane.
Can't find Lord Remo in Debrett's, Burke's, or the Almanach de Gotha. Will have to ask one of the Ojukwu's if you're an African....else I think your title may be self-created: which rather defeats the point, really.
