ah, whilst i agree there is an issue with leaveing them as is, the main beef with new nuke desinges is the apprant need to have a physcial test witch contrevens the test ban treaty. hence why, in my opion, at least, it would be beter to use old desinges (even whilst replasing the warheads), or, beter yet, remve them from service.

althoug russias nuklear arsnal is defently worrying, althoug, ironicly, i imgine that its getting beter under the neo-sovatisation (as i perseve it) off russia under the currently presdiant off russia.
