Cartoon Request

A long time ago, I saw a cartoon that I really liked. Unfortunately, I don't remember where I saw it, or who it was by. I'm hoping someone who reads this group can either find the original cartoon for me, or (if you have some cartoon-drawing skills yourself) re-create this cartoon and post it here.

The cartoon had three panels:

• panel 1: A picture of a condom dispensor.
  Caption: "Encourages Sex"
• panel 2: A picture of a seatbelt in a car.
  Caption: "Encourages Reckless Driving"
• panel 3: A picture of a fire extinguisher
  Caption: "Encourages Arson"
