Okay, but what they might lack in intellect, they seem to make up in firm amoral resolve. They might not have engineered any takeover of the U.S., or even the last election, but it is easier to stir up chaos and break things.

Before the election of Trump, the U.S. had a coherent foreign policy, could marshal its diplomatic, military, and economic assets to effect that policy, and had the respect of most national leaders.

Now, Trump is in place and is only slowly figuring out the job. Foreign policy statements are made up on the fly and then immediately retracted/re-spun. Trump's most decisive move to date has been to "withdraw" from a treaty that hadn't been ratified; meanwhile every national-level demagogue is angling for position in a world suddenly without a single, progressive vision.

That's the chaos that Putin wanted to create.

I have no idea wtf you're talking about (wtf does "moderm Horde Khan" even mean?), but I know a hell of a lot more about what is happening in my own country than some troll sitting in Russia or wherever the hell you are. If you're not in the U.S., you have no way of knowing how much Trump is fucking things up over here.

Don't tell me nothing is wrong with him or what he's doing, and I won't try to tell you that Putin is a great guy doing a great job. Because we'd both be lying; and   personally, I have better things to do with my  time. If you don't, that's your problem lol.
