What should we take from this? Is it that Trump is clearly the superior candidate if one is concerned for the interests of minorities? Or is it that both Trump and Hillary are so inimical to minorities that we should vote for Stein or stay home, or what?
Or that the guy Hillary claims as a mentor is a guy who realized that what he did was wrong and reformed, fighting against his past. Whereas Donald Trump on the other hand is the number one choice for active neonazis and KKK members.
You do know that the NAACP rated Byrd's voting record as being 100% in line with the N.A.A.C.P.'s position on the thirty-three Senate bills during the 2003–2004 session. But why let pesky facts get in the way of your faulty point of view?
That's what I never get. Someone who once believed wrong things can say "I was wrong" and change - and they get villified for it, called a flip-flopper. Someone else (like Trump) who doubles-down and refuses to apologize even when proven wrong is somehow a leader and worthy of our respect? What kind of insane logic is that?
