I don't know if this is about humor so much, but I do have a taste for the provocative. For instance, I would have better appreciated the Eric Trump macro, seeing it as a juicy piece of absurdity, as well as a reflection of right-wing thought, though I would hesitate to post it these days, knowing how leftwise the community is and how it is apt to be misunderstood, but I might post it in a comment, just so that it is available (as I guess I sort of did), and just as I did post that 'evil Hillary' picture. I was just seeing where you were at, especially since you seem kind of new.
This community is not really "left", we just don't tolerate open bigotry, which excludes most things that Americans consider "right".
If you want to be racist here, you have to put a little plausible deniability on it, like this poster has with putting odd grammar and AAVE slang in Michelle Obama's "words". He's going to claim that wasn't racist, we're going to accept that this racist thing he did could MAYBE have a non-racist explanation, he's going to get away with it. That makes him 2-3 steps smarter than the average "right" account around here, which would have just posted neo-nazi propaganda videos and called her an ape.
But the community as a whole is reasonably balanced. We see very few "American Right" cartoons pass without it being pointed out how they're stupid, but that's because "American right" means "stupid". "American Left" is what the rest of the world calls "moderate right"
I will... as soon as theweasel shows his. By the way, I'm not a big fan of Marxist dialectic, which relates to soulless objects. I believe in Hegel more.
But you banned me from this community, remember. I'm completely incapable of posting here or commenting, since you banned me. How could I possibly show you my dialectic, Marxist or otherwise?
Schopenhauer is a past stage for me. I grew up into Nietzsche, Kafka and then Blavatskaya. I hope oslo doesn't see this, if you know what I mean. Nowadays, I'm just in making money.
Also, if you bother to do research on a statement to verify it's validity, you are clearly an Ivory Tower Snob, who looks down on us plebs that go with the Truthiness of something.
In other words: We've always been at war with Eurasia!
