The NBC legal reporter commented on the buffer around the Supreme Court. So much for Justice Robert's opinion that sidewalks being the last vestige of citizens interacting with each other, huh?

To give the devils their due, the public sidewalk does not seem to be part of the buffer zone. (See the photo I posted further down--I think it's pretty clear there.)
