And that's apart from the just plain disgusting mocking of rape. They are exaggerating what the studies and questions actually asked, and what they actually said about the responses to try to paint anything apart from "vanilla" "legitimate" "i am a stranger and forcing myself on you in a dark alley" rape as not being "real" rape.
These are the people who, twenty years ago, would have framed the skit as: "I am your husband, you must have sex with me whenever I want." "Heheheh OK!" "OH NO THAT'S RAPE! If a wife doesn't want to have sex with her husband, and he forces her, that's MARITAL RAPE!" And then they would have chortled and acted like it was such an outlandish concept.
I swear to god I want to punch something right now.
Now we can count down the days until a tea-partier vying for some GOP primary spot cheerfully echoes this hateful bullshit from Beck's show, and spouts off about how rape isn't really rape, and we all break this fucking graphic out again.

You are familiar with the details of the studies. To those of us who only come across mention of them in news and in forums such as this one, and thus being open to this group's characterizations, it can sound pretty damning. And I'm sure it is pure food to the Fox News audience.
I got halfway through the video before I wanted to punch my screen. Time recently had a cover story about the college rape scene. It's a common myth that a lot of these guys are just mistakenly having sex with a girl when she's drunk and then the girl cries rape the next morning. They did a study I think in Missoula where perpetrators were questioned on sexual encounters (not on whether they committed rape); 6.4% of males responded in a way that met the legal def for sexual assault. Of those, HALF were repeat offenders, averaging SIX rapes each. There's only so many times you can do something of this magnitude over and over again "mistakenly" before it becomes blatantly intentional. Another RAINN study found that 90% of campus rapes were perpetrated by just 3% of the male student population. They also did ANOTHER study that showed men were not drunk when being sexually aggressive with women out at bars, but they typically preyed on women who were: http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2014/03/03/285307535/mens-drinking-isnt-the-driver-of-sexual-aggression-in-bars
Amanda Marcotte also recently wrote on this. It's not about men and women getting mutually drunk and women falsely claiming "rape" because of regret; it's about men who seek out women to victimize, using alcohol as a weapon.
