Very funny strip. However, most of the creationists I've debated with tend to treat "microevolution" and "macroevolution" as separate phenomena, and would just say that evolution of antibiotic resistance is just microevolution.

Even though I disagree with the premise of the cartoon, I find the idea of building tiny arks for bacteria pretty funny. They could have a whole fleet of 'em like the Spanish Armada and float down the gutters :)
