Sandra Fluke testified before Congress that hormonal birth control should be included in health care coverage. For that, she's been called a slut and a whore constantly, from Rush Limbaugh and misogynists on the right.
And yes, there were some shitty and sexist things said about Sarah Palin. The difference is volume. That stuff is a blip on the left whereas it seems to be a feature on the right. Lets not forget the constant and ongoing disrespect leveled towards President Obama.
