The stupidest thing about the chemtrail conspiracy theory (apart from it just being, well, STUPID) is how inept the plotters must be. What depopulation? What sterilization? I mean, I guess just handwave the supposed half-assed efforts by the illuminati lizardmen, but at some point there has got to be cognative dissonance caused by thinking that the government is both inefficiently incompetent, and able to concoct global schemes of control and conspiracy. O_o
