It's not just America that is moron-heavy. That's the whole world.
That's the human condition. You cannot really do anything about that.
That is why we would at least like to limit the availability of the most deadly guns.
It cannot solve the problem of violence, but it seems like a simple commonsense
measure that is somewhat practical. It can help a little.
