It would explain why she has no heart. But she shows emotion on the Piers Morgan show when he tries to get her to talk, hypothetically, about if she had kids. She refuses to, Morgan mentions she has been engaged (three times) and she gets rather upset with him about it all.

That's just more proof; no kids: cyborg. Can't talk about emotional things, well that's because there's an internal syntax error and she has to stop talking before she says "DOES NOT COMPUTE" and her head catches on fire.
