The last one is actually true, as much as they now try to hide that fact. It is sadly funny that we are fighting so hard for a Republican proposal. It shows who owns the game.
Republican state assemblymen created ten fake state dis-information websites, that some believed were meant to confuse folks into believing they were at the official website. The state AG eventually got those fake websites closed down (http://www.nbcnews.com/technology/california-takes-down-10-fake-obamacare-websites-2D11591128), but this isn't limited just to California either. Several states legal depts have moved against these websites as fraud.
Where was it found that these were Republican assemblymen? You appear to be confusing the fraudulent sites with the political sites the California Republicans offered up (http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2013/12/california-republicans-defend-fake-obamacare-site/).
My error. The fraudulent websites were NOT operated by the California State Republican Caucus (those are the ones closed down by the state AG). The other misleading websites, are sponsored and funded by the Republican caucus. And are still in operation.
