"Rampaging asshole" is indisputable, and Krahulik is PROUD of it. "Transphobic" is something he has been, and he has indicated he doesn't understand the complaint *during* his nonpology for it, and, from his past record on everything else? He's learned nothing and he doesn't think he did anything wrong. Because he never does, and because he said so.


"Rampaging transphobic asshole" is a PERFECTLY GOOD description of Mike Krahulik, and will continue to be until he shows some signs of actually changing, versus simply being muzzled by Holkins and Khoo until the next time he gets out.

Combine those two things - he's transphobic and a rampaging asshole - and you get "rampaging transphobic asshole".

Not knowing about something and commenting on it in error do not make you some hyper dickwad about that subject. I've read the articles (including ones you haven't linked) and my opinion is based on research.

So, be upset about it. He's apologized and given a forum to a trans co-worker/friend to outline all of the reasons he was incorrect and shouldn't have spoken so brazenly about a topic he wasn't familiar with (odd that you didn't link to that?). There seems to be nothing he can do to fix the situation at this point.

I believe that YOU are wrong and that every person blowing this whole thing out of proportion is wrong. Do you see how this will go nowhere?

I used to like their comic until I learned that at least one of them is a fucking insensitive asshole who at worst is a trans-phobic rape-apologist and at best is still an asshole who willingly supports and perpetrates rape culture (and when educated on the matter doubles down and says "fuck you rape victims! I'm getting MONEY!") And then he eventually, when the shit reaches a critical mass that threatens his brand, backs down and "apologizes if anyone was OFFENDED" until the next time he spews out something hurtful and the cycle begins again.

The other guy is a fucking android who can't be arsed to rein in his partner or even have the spine to say "Um, that is really fucked up; I don't support that at all."

Fuck them both, fuck their comic and fuck their job offer.
