If I got it correct this time, then I would agree that it's cherry picking. And, I would agree that it does not promote capitalism. It would be more in line with fascism.
Overall, I do not support utilitarianism because what one finds to be "good" is subjective, even if there is a majority that find something to be good. And by "good," I mean some sort of positive value or benefit.
