If you would click the link, you would see articles from last month that are still going on aboot the election. If that wasn't the case, then yes it would have been an out-of-date cartoon without relevance. But seeing as there is a website dedicated to how the Ohio elections were fixed, including recent articles on the issue, then that makes it fairly current.
