Not to deter from the comment, but since we're on this vibe...
I guess it takes an eye that doesn't care for this comic that much in the first place, but it always strikes me as funny for some reason when comics like Penny Arcade and others break from their standard and try to be deep like this. Just from content, what's going on in three panels that couldn't be accomplished in one? And ooh look at Tycho being all pensive and moody.
